We require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $25 charge will be applied to your account. The charge must be paid before we can book your next appointment.
Loving your hair is our top priority. If you are not pleased, contact us no more than a week from your original service date. We will reschedule you with your stylist or an owner for a service correction free of charge.
We do not provide monetary refunds.
