Policies

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

A cancellation or request to reschedule less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. Should you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that all services booked will be provided. A credit card is required to make an appointment and all cancellation fees will be charged to the card you have placed on file on the day of missed appointment. All deposits and fees are non-refundable within our 48 hour policy.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedules filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients. Thank you for viewing and supporting our cancellation terms and conditions. 

Service Gaurantee:

Loving your hair is our top priority. If you are not pleased. contact us no more than 3 days from your original service date. We will reschedule you with your stylist or an owner for a service correction free of change. We do not provide monetary refunds.  

Please Note:

Our policies are posted on our website, your reminder texts and emails, as a disclaimer when booking online, and on our consultation agreement forms at your appointment. We do this in hopes to clear up any confusion along the way.
